Frequently Asked Questions

What do I do if Daylight was unable to determine my current location? → Daylight uses the same function as the Maps application to find out where you are. In some cases, that does not work at all. If that happens, Daylight will display a world map (requires Internet access) to select your current position on the globe.

What about the phase of the moon? → If you shake your iPhone or iPod Touch when Daylight is running, you will toggle the display of the moon phase. Congratulations, you have found our Easter Egg!

I would like to set an alarm at sunrise or sunset... → We would like it too, but Apple has not provided a way for us to hook into the built-in Alarm Clock application.
